Other Ingredients: Pineapple enzyme (Bromelina), Citric Acid, Pineapple flavor, Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana)
Suggested Use: Take 1 or 2 cups daily after each meal
Directions to Prepare:
Hot Tea: Pour boiling water (8 fl oz) over one tea bag in a cup. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes and then remove tea bag. Sweeten to your liking.
Iced Tea: To prepare one wuart, pour 2 cups of boiling water (16 fl oz) over 4 to 5 tea bags ina pitcher. Let steep for 10 mintues. Remove tea bags Add 2 cups of cold water (16 fl oz) and ice. Sweeten to your liking.
