How to Use:
1. Remove dried sea moss from the package and rinse with filtered, spring or alkaline water.
2. Fill a large bowl with water. Leave the rinsed dried sea moss in the water for 17-24 hours and let it soak.
3. Rinse the sea moss again and place it in a high-powered blender along with the water. Blend for about 1-3 mins until smooth.
4. Transfer the sea moss into a airtight container/mason jar, and refrigerate until sea moss gel thickens. Gel can be stored for 20 days or in freezer up to 365 days.
